Stuffed Chicken Breasts & Thighs

Place thawed stuffed chicken in a baking pan with sides. Bake covered at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°. Cook uncovered the last 5-10 minutes to crisp skin.

Deboned Stuffed Whole Chickens

Place thawed stuffed chicken in a baking pan with sides. Bake covered at 350° for 1.5 hours or until temperature reaches 165°. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes to crisp the skin. Final internal temperature should be a minimum of 165°. Remove the string before serving.
